I am requesting that a banner that leads to this site is removed -> http://www.friendlychatrooms.co.uk/, at first glance, it looks quite harmless but neatly advertised as links are adverts to various porn sites, although the owner claims its not a sex site, it has disturbed me that hes advertising his own porn site among those links. Ok hes not doing anything wrong, but I am concerned nonetheless, as one user has seen adverts for an amateur cam site on his site which had females on that left nothing to the imagination. Not sure if anyone else has stumbled upon this site yet, but since I know there are some younger forum users here I'd rather they didnt click on such a link and then be taken to material which is clearly not suitable for their age range.

If you can help thanks, if not, sorry for troubling anyone.

oh just seen the above post ^^ thats the place, and the banner thats appeared. Seems Im not the only one with concerns then.

You'll also notice that the ad has been already posted above you, I would suggest waiting until it is removed, and in the meantime, warning your members against clicking any advertisement links on your board.

Normally, I have no problem with ads, but if they're disgusting like that one (I have users as young as 10 on my board), I have to report them.

The image cityStatic posted doesn't seem to be loading and as it's hotlinked from adbrite I suspect it may already have been removed.

Ah, you've reminded me what an idiot I am whenever I need to test adverts... I didn't disable my ad blocker.

(And when someone says "keep quiet about that", that's normally the sensible thing to do rather than telling me that you're breaking both the ToS and the law.)

anyway, anything going to happen about the "New Message" ads? posted a while back?

its deceiving false advertisement when it pops up again i'll grab a screenshot if i can.
