I can't tell because I'm a guest, but does that show the recent topics STARTED or does it show the recent topics that have been POSTED in? First one isn't possible because it would need to be done through the database which is untouchable and the second option is possible but I'll need to find the post I made about that.

This is done through AJAX (a scripting language), so this would be considered a mod request.
