Support Rules: read before posting

When asking for support, please ensure you keep to these simple rules so that we can help you as fast as possible:

1. Start a new topic for your problem/question, but only if you don't already have an active topic about that subject.
2. Always include a link to your board, even if you don't think it will help.
3. Use a topic title that describes your problem/question.
4. Use good English and grammar. This is an English-speaking site and the harder it is to read your post, the harder it is to help you.
5. Do not bump your topic. This means double posting to get your topic moved to the top of the list - you will recieve a warning for doing so.
6. For security reasons, never post a screenshot of your admin control panel if the browser's address bar can be seen. Do not reveal your password to anyone except iPBFree staff.
7. Don't PM staff for support. The support forum allows other members to respond. (We read all of your topics and reply where appropriate - sending us links to them just slows us down.)
8. Please let us know when you no longer need your topic so we can move it.

This forum is not for the following:

• Help editing/creating skins. You can get skinning and modification help at our official resource board, The Source.
• Asking for codes and modifications, or help with them - we are not a resource board, nor are we a human search engine! You can find and request modifications at The Source.
• Software bugs. If you need to report any, please do so in this forum.
• Reporting Terms of Service violations. Boards can be reported using this form or the "report abuse" link at the bottom of an offending board.
• Asking for a database dump to export members or posts to a different host/software, or import to iPBFree. Unfortunately, we're unable to offer this service. [More]

These rules are intended to speed up the support process for everyone.

You may like to search for a solution before posting your topic; other people have probably asked the same thing.
