The new home of iPBFree support

Posted by Tom on September 20th, 2009

We’ve now completed our merge of iPBFree support and resources - you’ll find them at the new iPBFree Community Forums, at forums.ipbfree.com. As mentioned previously, if you’d already registered on our old resource site The Source you can use your old credentials to log in; if not, you’ll have to register a new account. We’d [...]

Upcoming Changes: Support/Source

Posted by Tom on September 16th, 2009

For over two years we’ve provided iPBFree resources at the Source and general support at the support forums. It’s a system that’s served us well but has proven impractical of late.
In the coming weeks you’ll notice some changes on both sites, as we prepare to move both support and resources onto the same site. That [...]

Goodbye, everyone.

Posted by Blood on August 13th, 2007

I’m announcing my resignation from staff today, August 13th, 2007.
That’s right, I’m quitting. It’s nothing personal, and I’ve had a good run, but these days I’m just lacking the original excitement and dedication. Other than that, I’ve got more going on in real life that I must tend to at this time. Believe me, if [...]

Malware in Ads [RESOLVED]

Posted by Garrett on July 13th, 2007

Hello,
As you may or may not know, we’ve been having some problems with advertisements on our hosted boards. It appears that some harmful ads are making their way onto iPBFree Forums, and are attempting to install malware onto users’ machines in the form of programs such as “ErrorProtector” and “SpyFalcon”, without the ads even being [...]

I’ve been doing some work on the secret project recently… it’s been delayed a bit yet again because we’ve planned to roll it out along with something else… Gotta stop all those red links though… Eh, ignore that! Anyway, just wanted to give you guys an update on it. But I’m still not revealing what [...]
