As I said before, I’m terribly sorry about the inactivity. I’m still in high school and am on my senior year. We care about our members and we provide the best support we can. Vipul has lots of things to do and he works a lot. The other staff are also young and are still in school. Missy has kids and also has things to do. I will try to keep you guys informed about what’s happening. About the server downtime, I believe it was a DOS attack from a certain someone but I’m still not sure.

Don’t think that the staff is gone because we’re not. I promise to try and help more due to inactivity on the support forums. I’m sure everything will run smoothly once Vipul returns and all of us are doing well on school.
I want to commend you on updating us. That really makes me feel better knowing a little something about the support staff. You guys do a super job. The explanation makes all the sense in the world why you sometimes have to be gone from the support section.
I for one don’t see how you guys manage to answer all the questions you do so fast.

Yeah, well I suppose it’ll be a lot easier when you’re done in VCE. I’m not very high in high school and I don’t get a lot of homework, so keeping my forum and site updated is fairly easy. Anyway, good luck with your exams at the end of high school

Hello guys,
Thank you for providing us with very nice forums. You guys are doing great. If there’s a suggestion I can make that would be to inform the the members of potential delays in offering support and if possible provide the reasons. Most of the members are very decent and understanding. If we know you guys are going through some rough time, we wont expect normal excellent service from the staffs. This will remove a lot of disappointments from members.

Missy I totally understand with being a parent with children.
Maybe you could suggest that the staff have roster system.
Ash Mondays for 2 hours
Missy Tuesday for 2 hours
Reece Wednesday for 2 hours
Vipul Thursday for 2 hours
etc …..
and if you want to log in any other day, well its a bonus for us.
Something needs to be sorted asap on this side of things, you two, have lives too.
